About Aaron
Aaron is a proud third-generation resident of Casey, with his family having migrated from Italy and settled in Silvan in 1953.
Aaron and his wife, Rachel, both grew up locally, and it’s where they are raising their two children.
He has spent his whole life living in Casey and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Aaron attended Yarra Glen Primary School and Mt Lilydale Mercy College, and his first job was at a Yarra Valley catering company, Prestige Events.
After school, he attained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at La Trobe University and went on to complete a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Deakin University.
Upon graduating in 2007, Aaron began working at local food manufacturer Yarra Valley Snack Foods, where he led the sales team for seven years before moving on to Mars Australia.
In 2019, he transitioned from the fast-moving consumer goods industry into the digital economy, taking up a role at a tech start-up company.
Aaron is proud to be deeply engaged with the communities of Casey, having played and served on the committees of many local cricket, soccer, and football clubs.
He was the Founding Chair of the Lilydale Township Action Group and served as Vice Chair until being elected to Parliament.
