Howard Ong is the Liberal candidate for Tangney.

Growing up in Singapore, Howard was raised by hardworking parents who taught him the values of personal responsibility and community service.

After completing his national service as an army lieutenant, Howard moved to Western Australia to study at Curtin University.

Here, he met his wife, Hilda, and they chose to make this wonderful community home to raise their family.

Over the past two decades, they’ve built a successful IT business that has contributed to the local economy and created jobs.

Howard and Hilda have been actively involved in local schools, sports clubs, and not-for-profit organisations.

Howard is seeking your support because he wants to make sure others have the same opportunities to get ahead.

His focus is on making home ownership more accessible for young Australians, dealing with cost of living pressures and supporting local businesses.

He wants to ensure Tangney remains a vibrant and safe community where families can thrive.
