About Jacob

Jacob Vadakkedathu is the lead ACT Liberal Senate candidate.

Born in the South Indian state of Kerala, Jacob moved to Canberra in 1998. Along with his wife Beenu and their two children, he has called Canberra home ever since.

With a career spanning over two decades in both the public and private sectors, Jacob has held policy and budget analysis roles with the Commonwealth Department of Finance and KPMG. Jacob is currently the CEO of a consulting firm based in Canberra.

Beyond his professional career, Jacob has actively contributed to the Canberra community through his volunteer involvement in numerous professional, academic, social, and community organisations.
